Contractor Benefits Solutions represents Carriers and Third Party Administrators to provide strong benefit programs. Most SCA wage determinations require that health and welfare benefits be paid on a per hour per employee basis. It only makes sense for these programs to be administered in an hourly basis.

The plans we offer have been designed specifically to meet the requirements of the CFR and offer the flexibility to meet the complexity that sometimes exists within your hourly workforce.

Group Major Medical Plans - Traditional PPO & HMO

As a broker we represent and contract with selected high rated insurance carriers which can provide national provider networks. Traditional Major Medical plans although richer in benefits and designs generally demand an increase in the costs of administration.

Hourly Limited Benefit Plans

Whether a government contractor or a business owner/corporation, these plans include the most complete set of benefits, are cost effective, flexible and offer hourly administration to meet all your requirements when working on a private contract or a government contract subject to the SCA, Davis-Bacon Act, or Living Wage Ordinance. The plans offer employee only coverage or family coverage, for all full time, all part time, all temporary, or a mixed hourly workforce. Employers have the flexibility to design the plan according to the hourly rate they want to spend. The plans can be offered as a non contributory plan, 100% employer paid or voluntary, 100% employee paid.

This is a great solution to the rising costs of medical insurance.

401(k) Plans

Contractor Benefits Solutions represent Insurance companies and Third Party Administrators that specialize in the design and set up of these ever changing complex and sensitive plans. The document language necessary in these plans when working on government contracts can only be obtained by those administrators that have the expertise with the government contracting requirements and demands.

Third Party Administrators

We contract with the best Third Party Administrators in the country. With the support of a TPA you can free yourself from the expense and burden of having to administer a benefits plan yourself. The TPA will account for the H&W dollars for benefits on an hourly basis. Reconciliation of your account is giving to you in a monthly or quarterly basis. You will have a single point of contact for your employees and they can get general information regarding their account.

HIPAA

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) provides rights and protections for participants and beneficiaries in group health plans. HIPAA includes protections for coverage under group health plans that limit exclusions for preexisting conditions; prohibit discrimination against employees and dependents based on their health status; and allow a special opportunity to enroll in a new plan to individuals in certain circumstances.
